Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Costs:

NZ orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

Orders under $100 are flat-rate $7.50 shipping.

We also have free pick up in-store and click and collect options.

How to track your parcel:

We use NZ Post for our shipping.
You will receive an automated email with your tracking information. This is the best way to track your parcel as we receive no further information once the package leaves the store.

If your parcel has not arrived after 7 days, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

Pick Up In-Store

Until May 16th 2025, orders can be picked up in-store at 88 Princes Street, Hāwera. You will receive an email to let you know your order is ready to be picked up.

Click and Collect

For Hāwera locals, you can now choose Click and Collect to pick up your order from Caffeinate cafe at 152 High Street. Caffeinate is open from 6.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday and 7.30am - 1pm Saturday and Sunday.

When your order is ready to collect, you will be sent an email with a locker number and PIN lock combination.

Head into Caffeinate and look for the black Hello You lockers. Use the PIN to open the locker and retrieve our parcel. Please close the locker when you're done.

You will have 48 hours to collect your order, after that time you will need to contact us to arrange a new PIN number.
