Shipping Costs:
NZ orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $75 are flat-rate $5 shipping. We also have a free "pick up in store" option.
How to track your parcel:
We use NZ Post for our shipping.
You will receive an automated email that will have your tracking information. This is the best way to track your parcel as we receive no further information once the package leaves the store.
If your parcel has not arrived after 7 days, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
