***For the duration of the Covid-19 Level 4, we will be able to receive orders but we will be unable to ship them. These items will be sent as a priority when we re open.***
We do shipping in NZ for free. We also have a "pick up in store" option.

We are happy to exchange an item within 7 days of purchase if the item is in it's unworn original condition with all tags still attached, shoes unworn in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. If you are unable to find a suitable replacement in-store we will provide you with a store credit equal to the amount paid for the goods returned, valid for one year after the date of issue.

Hello You is not liable for postage costs of return items and the item is your responsibilty until it reaches us. We suggest using tracking postage.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items so please choose carefully.
Returns on faulty items will be accepted within a reasonable time frame. Depending on the issue we will offer a replacement item, store credit or refund, this will be determined by Hello You once we have seen the item and had time to contact supplier.
