Returns/Exchange Policy


We are happy to exchange an item within 7 days of purchase if the item is in its original condition with all labels and packaging intact, and with proof of purchase. 

If you are unable to find a suitable replacement item, we will provide you with a website credit equal to the amount paid for the goods returned, valid for one year after the date of issue.

Hello You is not responsible for postage costs of return items or shipping costs of replacement items for change of mind returns. The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we suggest using tracked postage.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, so please choose carefully.

Faulty Items


Returns on faulty items will be accepted within a reasonable time frame.

Depending on the issue, we will offer a replacement, store credit or a refund. This will be determined by Hello You once we have seen the item and had time to contact the supplier.
